    Hi,
I started at 85 kilos and 50 days later I weight 59 kilos, so I have lost 21 kilos with ABC diet. It was a hard diet but it works!

I’ve done the ABC before, but a modified version. If like it states 500 calories, I would consume between 500 -> 1000kcal that day.
So I would consume the amount suggested and at most double that amount.
    I lost 24 lbs in 50 days.
And now I’m currently at day two again.
I’m doing it this way, cause then I don’t end up binging. it also aids in me being able to exercise more and longer.
