Our ancestors were always active: if they weren’t hunting or gathering, they were fighting or making love. A lot of their time was spent slowly moving around with occasional periods of sprinting. Life back then sure was dangerous and often short, but they were all in good shape. However, the way we live our lives today has changed. Water is the best, but various types of tea and other low sugar drinks are great too. -If you are gaining weight try some kind of high effective diet, like . Following these tips alone will help you maintain your weight a great deal, but it’s always good to take an occasional walk in nature. Our ancestors were on to something!
